Our client is a highly respected organization at the heart of New Zealand’s design community. They run Australasia’s largest annual showcase of excellence across graphic, digital, motion, product and spatial design.
They are searching for an exceptional Events Administrator to join their small, dynamic team.
This is a permanent full-time role based at their office in Newmarket.
Responsibilities of this role include:
- End-to-end coordination of events across the annual calendar
- Budget management, ticketing, venue liaison and supplier coordination
- Sponsorship relationship management and stakeholder communication
- Development of social media and EDM campaigns
- On-site delivery including pack in/pack out and post event reconciliation and administration
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- 2+ years’ experience in events and administration
- A process driven approach and an exceptional eye for detail
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritise and juggle many projects
- Exceptional communication skills
- An understanding or appreciation of the design industry
- Your own vehicle that can be used for work purposes (mileage will be reimbursed)
- Basic skills with InDesign
- Experience working across Mac-based systems
This is a fast-paced role that requires exceptional attention to detail and strong process management skills. You’ll have a confident and outgoing nature and enjoy the day-to-day juggle of multiple projects.
The salary for this role is in the $65K bracket, dependent on your level of experience.
