Our client is a small independent design studio based in Grey Lynn. They transform ideas into brands, experiences and ventures that help businesses grow. Projects range from brand development for corporate clients to full-service creative and design and advertising projects for small businesses.

They are looking to bring a client service person into their business at Senior Account Manager level. The ideal person will bring strong agency experience, with exceptional client service and project management skills. You’ll have a high level of care for your projects and enjoy the balance of delivering beautiful and effective work that delivers on creativity as well as commercial success.

You’ll work closely with the MD and CD to ensure projects are running smoothly, scope is clear and clients feel confident and cared for. You’ll also be instrumental in spotting new opportunities and contributing to the long-term success of the studio.

The ideal candidate will bring:

- 5+ years agency client service experience

- An understanding of the creative process, fromstrategy through to design and delivery

- Strong attention to detail and organisationalskills.

- Strong numerical skills and confidence managingscopes, budgets and forecasting tools.

- The ability to write clear proposals, statements of work, and timing plans in collaboration with the team.

- The ability to work at a fast pace and solve problems calmly and constructively.

This is a mid-level full-time agency role starting on a1-year fixed term contract.
