They specialize in creating impactful experiences for national and international conferences, exhibitions, awards programmes and corporate events. Their client base includes leading professional societies, medical associations and government organisations.
They are searching for an exceptional Project Manager to join their team.
This role will see you taking the lead on complex, multi-day conference and event projects involving significant budgets and hundreds of attendees. You’ll manage every stage of the process, often juggling multiple events in various phases, from early planning through to on-the-day execution. This is a dynamic role, requiring strong leadership, attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively with high-level clients and stakeholders.
You will bring:
- Proven experience from the events or conference industry
- Outstanding organizational and communication skills
- Confidence and professionalism when dealing with senior clients and partners
- A calm, adaptable approach with strong problem-solving ability
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Auckland, with some of the week spent at their office in Mt Eden.
