Our client is an independent performance-focussed creative marketing agency. They are passionate about making their clients’ campaigns drive real leads and deliver real growth.

They are looking for a Social & Digital Marketing specialist to join their team.

You’ll own a portfolio of clients and run their social and digital advertising from beginning to end – producing the content, building and optimising the campaigns, staying close to the results, and deciding exactly which lever to pull next. Every client in your portfolio will come with a creative and content strategy, communications guidelines and a brand design system in place, so you can put your energy where it counts – execution and performance.

You’ll be responsible for:

- Running campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, Google and EDM for your own portfolio of clients.

- Creation of content including video production and editing, copywriting, and design in Canva.

- Testing, optimising and iterating in-platform, understanding what the results are telling you and acting on them.

- Driving continuous improvement for your clients – sharing learnings about what worked and what didn’t to drive a loop of continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will have:

- Experience managing hands-on campaign execution end-to-end, either from an agency or in-house marketing role.

- Content creation experience – you’ll be confident shooting and editing video, writing copy and designing in Canva.

- Hands-on experience running campaigns in Meta (essential), Google and LinkedIn. Also building EDM campaigns in Mailchimp, Campaign Monitor or similar.

- Exceptional client service skills and the ability to communicate directly with them, guiding them through performance and presenting results.

You’ll enjoy staying ahead of a fast-moving landscape – spotting new formats, tools and platform capabilities, embedding them into your process and putting them to work for your clients. You’ll be excited about the possibilities AI brings to improve workflows and processes, and comfortable experimenting with new tools.

This is a full-time role based in their office in Ponsonby, Auckland. The team work together in the office Monday – Thursday and work from home on Fridays.

If you’re a fit, we’d love to hear from you!
