We’re partnering with a small, specialist design studio to find them a Senior Designer ready to lead creatively, think strategically, and stay hands-on with the craft.

You’ll head up design projects from concept through delivery — guiding a talented team, managing freelancers, and working closely with the directors and suits to produce work that’s smart, beautifully executed, and creatively brave.

This is a role for someone who’s equally at home concepting big ideas and getting into the detail — a designer who’s passionate, strategic, and ready to make their mark.

You’ll bring:

• Strong conceptual thinking and creative leadership experience

• Solid technical skills in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Figma

• Confidence across digital and omnichannel design

• The ability to lead, mentor and inspire others

• A proactive, collaborative approach with clients and team alike
