They are searching for an Account Director (or strong Senior Account Manager) to join their team. This role reports to their GM and is a key player in their client service team.

Responsibilities include:

- Building trusted client relationships, ensuring aconsistently high quality of service.

- End-to-end project management from brief through production to delivery.

- Investing in knowledge and understanding of your client’s marketing strategies to identify opportunities for growth.

Candidates for this role will need:

- 5-7 years creative agency experience.

- Proven experience working with retail clients.

- A deep understanding of agency process and the ability to work efficiently to sometimes demanding deadlines.

- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.

- A proactive can-do attitude that contributes toa positive culture.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented team in a fast-paced, creative environment. This is a full-time role, with an option to work from home 1 day/week.
