Our client is a well-established and respected retail business with a strong presence in the New Zealand market. They are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to take ownership of their marketing function in a flexible part-time permanent role based in Christchurch.

This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced marketer looking for challenging and strategic work with genuine flexibility.

You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to develop and deliver marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer engagement and commercial outcomes.

You’ll bring:

- Experience developing and delivering strategic marketing plans, ideally from a retail environment.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Excellent project management and organisational ability.

- Experience analysing market and campaign performance to inform marketing decisions.

- Proven budget management experience.  

The role:

- Permanent part-time position (10-15 hours/week).

- Autonomy to lead the marketing function.

- Executional support available.

- Christchurch based with flexibility around hours.
