They are looking for a junior Event Producer – someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can support the team in coordinating all aspects of exciting and memorable events.  

What you’lldo:

· Support senior members of the team with all detailed planning and logistics of events.

· Liaise with partners and suppliers for venues, equipment, services and entertainment.

· Support the delivery of live events, including onsite pack-ins and pack-outs.

· Contribute ideas during creative planning and brainstorming sessions.  

· Assist in tracking budgets, timelines and production schedules.

What you’ll bring:

· 1+ years working in events, broadcast, media, production, creative or marketing agency environments.

· A passion for events, people, service, creative and production.

· Tech savvy and confident learning new systems and tools.

· Calm under pressure, proactive and willing to roll up your sleeves.
