Varity of work
Great team and location

A fantastic opportunity is open for a Graphic Designer to join an established Kiwi business that creates playful, energetic, and effective brands.

Work both independently and as part of a team, collaborating with two Senior Designers and the wider group. Your responsibilities will vary and include brand creation, packaging design, photography, and social media content. This is an in-house role, perfect for someone who thrives in a creative environment and will suit a designer at a high-end junior or intermediate level in their career.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pre-Press: Setup accurate print-ready files for production.
  • Packaging Design: Modify existing designs and create new die-lines that meet production standards.
  • Textile Design: Develop textile designs and visual mock-ups based on briefs.
  • Digital Assets: Create engaging content for websites, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Photography: Produce product shots and lifestyle photography that reflect the brand essence.
  • Promotional Material: Design eye-catching promotional materials to enhance brand recognition.
  • Workload Management: Collaborate with Brand Managers to prioritize and complete projects on time.

You’ll need to have:

  • A Graphic Design qualification.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
  • Knowledge of pre-press processes.

It would be a bonus if you have:

  • In-house graphic design experience.
  • Passion for photography and illustration.
  • Video production skills.
  • Understanding of AI in design applications.

This is an exciting chance to be part of a great team that values creativity and innovation. The role is vastly varied and supported by the wider design team.

On offer are flexible working options, great North Shore location, birthdays off, and amazing offices to work from. This is a neat opportunity to join a successful, locally owned and family run business.

Please apply with your latest CV and portfolio. A full job description will be shared with applicants we interview for this role.
