So, we’re always keen to hear from experienced freelance Mac Ops, Artworkers and Production Designers to join our creative network.

If you’re used to hitting the ground running in different environments and can take a brief, get stuck in and make sure the work comes out looking spot-on, Gather would love to hear from you.

Your technical skills:

• Strong Adobe Creative Cloud skills — particularly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop

• Figma

• Excellent artwork, layout and file-preparation skills

• Confident working across print and digital

• Solid understanding of prepress, production and print-ready artwork

• Comfortable working from existing creative, adapting layouts and rolling out artwork across multiple formats

• Great eye for typography, colour, consistency and detail

• Confident managing amends, version control and final artwork

• Comfortable working quickly and accurately across multiple jobs and deadlines

• Other technical skills such as HMTL, PowerPoint and more are always a bonus!

You are:

• Reliable and calm when things get busy

• Naturally detail-oriented

• Able to work quickly and accurately

• Proactive and responsive

• A collaborator used to working alongside creatives, producers and clients

• Confident working autonomously, but equally happy being part of a team

Freelance work can range from a few days here and there, through to longer assignments, and while mostly are on site, there is also opportunity for remote work.
