We are a boutique recruitment agency specialising in the creative industry.
We’re searching for an experienced Finance Administrator to join our small collaborative team for approximately 10 hours/week, across 2 days. This role is based in our Grey Lynn office.
Responsibilities include:
- Accounts payable and receivable
- Weekly payroll
- Reconciliations and end of month reporting
- Managing cashflow
- Debtor management
- Managing tax payments
Candidates for this role will need:
- Experience managing small business accounting and tax
- Payroll experience
- Solid experience with Xero (including payroll module)
- To be highly organised, with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- An accounting qualification would be a bonus
