They are searching for a mid-level digital marketing specialist to join their team. Supporting and learning from the agency’s Executive Digital Producer, you will play an integral part in all aspects of the agency’s digital offering.
This is a hands-on role that will suit someone who loves the methodical and logical nature of website performance as well as the fast-paced nature of digital campaign planning and execution.
Responsibilities of the role include:
- Campaign planning – involved in the development of digital media plans, including researching audience segments, recommending channel mixes and helping define roadmaps for client campaigns.
- Deployment and setup – developing and delivering digital marketing campaigns across platforms including Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google, and others where relevant.
- Budget management – owning the management of campaign budgets, responsible for budget tracking, spend distribution and management.
- Optimisation – monitoring live performance of campaigns, recommending continuous improvement for optimal performance.
- Tracking and insights – translating raw data into monthly performance reports, guiding optimisation and learnings for future campaigns.
- SEO implementation – performing keyword research, metadata optimisation and technical suite audits to ensure best results.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 2+ years’ experience in a hands-on digital marketing role (either agency or client-side).
- Hands-on experience with Google Ad Manager, Meta, etc.
- Basic familiarity with SEO platforms and Google Search Console.
- Strengths in managing budgets within relevant platforms (Google, Meta, etc) and programmes (Excel, Google Sheets) to ensure campaigns are tracking to budget.
- The ability to confidently present your ideas, plans and reports to both internal teams and clients.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude.
