Are you a digital marketer who loves creating compelling content, building brands and bringing ideas to life?

Reporting to the Marketing & Communications Manager, you'll play a key role in growing brand awareness through digital marketing, content creation, social media, website optimisation, video storytelling and campaign delivery. You'll also support internal communications, helping teams across the business share their stories while building capability and consistency.

What you'll be doing

- Develop and deliver digital marketing campaigns that support business growth and brand awareness.

- Create engaging content across websites, social media, email and video.

- Improve online visibility through SEO, GEO, content optimisation and digital best practice.

- Identify and tell compelling stories that showcase people, projects and innovation.

- Monitor campaign performance and use insights to drive continuous improvement.

- Support business units with marketing and communications while maintaining brand consistency.

- Introduce smarter ways of working through AI and digital marketing tools.

About you

You'll be a proactive, hands-on marketer who enjoys balancing creativity with commercial outcomes. You can take ownership and turn opportunities into action. You’re just as comfortable planning content and optimising a webpage as you are writing a story, editing a video, reviewing analytics or working with stakeholders to get a campaign delivered.

You’ll have strengths at creating order from complexity and helping the business move to a modern and commercially effective marketing model.  

You'll also bring:

- Experience in digital marketing, content creation and marketing communications.

- Strong writing, storytelling and content creation skills.

- Experience managing websites, social media and digital campaigns.

- Knowledge of SEO, GEO, analytics and digital performance measurement.

- Confidence working with a range of stakeholders and managing multiple priorities.  

- A collaborative mindset with the initiative to identify opportunities and drive improvements.

- Experience in sectors such as infrastructure, engineering, energy, industry services, utilities or construction would be an advantage.

This is a full-time role, based in the office in Mt Wellington, Auckland.
