We’re working with a well-known real estate brand to find a new Design and Creative Lead - someone who's just as comfortable thinking strategically as they are rolling up their sleeves and bringing great ideas to life.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll guide a talented in-house design team, shape the creative direction of a well-established brand, and work alongside people who genuinely enjoy what they do.

The role:

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you'll lead the brand and creative function, ensuring the organisation presents a consistent, engaging and memorable brand experience across every touchpoint.

You'll provide creative direction across campaigns, digital, print and internal communications, while mentoring and developing an established in-house team.

This is a role with plenty of variety. One day you'll be shaping the creative approach for a major campaign, the next you'll be providing art direction, collaborating with senior leaders or jumping into design when needed.

You'll also help evolve the brand over time, using customer insights and market research to inform creative thinking and keep the business moving forward.

Who we’re looking for:

You'll bring a combination of creativity, leadership and commercial thinking.

Ideally you'll have:

• Experience leading or mentoring creative teams.

• A strong background in graphic design, branding or creative direction.

• A portfolio that demonstrates both creative flair and strategic thinking.

• The ability to build trusted relationships across a business and confidently work with a range of stakeholders.

• A collaborative approach and a genuine passion for developing others.
