Our client is an award-winning brand design studio based in Grey Lynn. They are searching for an experienced client service specialist, at Senior Account Manager level to join their team.

This is a pivotal role within the studio. As the sole client service lead, supported by the Directors, you’ll take ownership of projects from brief through to delivery – leading clients confidently, managing budgets and timelines, and ensuring exceptional creative and commercial outcomes.  

Candidates for this role will ideally have:

- 5+ years’ experience from a creative agency environment

- Proven experience managing design-led projects end-to-end

- Confidence operating autonomously in a senior client-facing role

- Exceptional communication skills

- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organisational skills

- Experience with Streamtime (or similar project management platforms)

- A genuine passion for branding and design excellence

You’ll be full-time based in the office in Grey Lynn.

This is a busy role that will suit an exceptional candidate at mid-level. You’ll be a trusted partner to clients and a supportive team member within a high-performing creative team.
