Our client is a busy and growing brand experience agency. They work with a range of clients on delivering many significant events and brand experiences across Aotearoa. They have a reputation for innovation, creativity and delivering on their promises.

They are searching for a strong Account Manager to join their client service team. You’ll be supporting the Account Director on all aspects of client service, from taking briefs, working with in-house creatives and external suppliers, providing cost estimates, project plans and contact sheets, through to project management of many moving parts with multiple deadlines.

Candidates for this role will need:

  • 3+ years working in design, advertising, events or marketing agencies
  • Strong communication and client relationship skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Enthusiasm to learn, a will contribute to a positive culture
  • Ideally experience managing live events/activations

You’ll enjoy a busy and dynamic agency environment and bring a collaborative and efficient working style. Chemistry will be an important factor in the success of this role.
