Our client is an independent, multi-discipline creative agency. They are searching for a design lead, or senior designer with a stellar portfolio and leadership qualities to join the team in the New Year.

You:

·        Are able to work autonomously.

·        Have at least six years agency experience.

·        Are a team leader.

·        Might have won a design award or two.

·        Ooze ideas and positive vibes.

·        Stay current on latest trends and happenings.

This role will manage one Mac op and help nurture and inspire the junior designer. So, we’re looking for a natural leader who can think for themselves and work closely with the wider team to dream big when required and stay humble, and team focused.
